乳酸菌をはじめ、イースト菌・椎茸菌等さまざまな菌類の研究や商品開発が行われていた場所でした。 ハイカラな白と緑の配色や“遊び心”ある棚の意匠などは建築当時のままです。（不定期営業）
This room was our laboratory for research on a variety of fungi and product development, for example, lactic acid bacteria, yeast cell, and shiitake mushroom. White-Green paintings and artistic shelves are just as they were constructed. (Gallery opened on a non-scheduled bases)
